3. A listing of the appliances expected to attend on the day subject to operational requirements.
Many of you have made contact with members of other regions, groups and brigades in relation to this event however I do not have email addresses for many of these contacts so I need you to pass this email on to anyone who you have been in contact with who needs to know details for the event.
