As a reward and recognition to VFBV and all CFA volunteers, the Victoria Racing Club is holding a free race meeting at Flemington on the 22nd January 2011.
The Summer Heroes Raceday meeting will recognise and celebrate the work of volunteers and emergency workers.
Entry to the racecourse will be FREE!
Please make every effort to attend the day with your family and friends and enjoy the day. There will be plenty of free activities for kids, including pony rides, and remember to pack a picnic hamper to spread out and enjoy on the famous Flemington lawns.
There will be a race named in recognition of VFBV and volunteers, and plenty of exciting raceday atmosphere.
