Burglary - A Fortunate Escape

Hello All,

Yesterday at 2pm we were fortunately at home when we had some unwelcome visitors who drove to the house claiming to be in need of water for the car and on their way to pick up his mother in Doctors Gully Rd. All blinds were drawn, so the house looked empty and the girl knocked on the covered window. Cutting the details, I observed and by conversation got as much info as I could and checked with our local police this morning. Sure enough they have records and I confirmed their identities by police photographs.

Type rest of the post here The officer will circulate the report to local stations and an eye will kept out for them. It is clear what their intentions were.

The car is a blue grey Falcon around 1994, regd. NVK 407, well weathered, cracked windscreen, with a perspex stone guard on the front and spoiler, tow bar and power connection at rear.

The man has tattoos all round including a rhyme or story across his back and a rose on his chest. Tanned, short hair, slight interruption in his speech.

The girl (mother) has pale skin, long darkish hair and a distinct gap in her front teeth.

Both are around 5'8'' / 170-174 cm and early 30's. They had a boy around 2 1/2 yrs in a baby seat and a small brown / black / white wire haired terrier / Jack Russell cross female dog named Mia. They live in East Doncaster.

If they are smart they won't be up this way again, at least for a while, but they obviously like the lie of the land. If you should observe them anywhere in the district I am sure the police would appreciate being advised, particularly if they were on local side roads.

Regards

Reg

PS David - There are many more local people I don't have email addresses for. Would you mind forwarding via your address book to let additional people know.
